Scarlet-Tufted Malachite Sunbird

Reflecting (not shining as Yellow -Tufted Malachite Sunbird) green with black undertail coverts, the ♀ dusky with faintly finely barred throat. N-br ♂ as ♀ but retaining reflecting wing coverts and rump feathers, black flight feathers and elongated middle tail feathers.

Montane and alpine areas.
